Booking Policy

Appointments

Appointments are booked in advance through our booking page or by direct contact. Please select the desired service and appointment time and provide accurate contact information when making a booking.

Please choose the service that best matches your current nails and desired result. If you are unsure which service to book, feel free to contact us before making an appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate the delay. However, depending on the remaining time available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before your appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Kielo Beauty reserves the right to decline future bookings following repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment without notice, Kielo Beauty reserves the right to decline future bookings in order to protect appointment availability for all clients.

Service Time & Results

Service duration may vary depending on nail condition, previous product, lifting, repairs, length and selected design details.

We always aim to provide a careful and clean result, but natural nail condition and previous nail work may affect the final outcome.

Repairs

If you experience lifting, chipping or breakage within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo so we can review the situation.

Complimentary repairs within 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service provided, the condition of the natural nails and proper aftercare.

Damage caused by accidents, improper use, picking, biting or failure to follow aftercare recommendations is not covered.

Aftercare

To help your nails last longer, please avoid using your nails as tools, wear gloves when cleaning and apply cuticle oil regularly.

Proper aftercare plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and longevity of your nails.

Kielo Beauty cannot guarantee the longevity of the service where aftercare recommendations have not been followed.

Payments

Payment is made after the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary if additional repairs, removal or design work are required.

Health, Allergies & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing Kielo Beauty of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or health concerns that may affect the service.

If you are pregnant or have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before booking. By proceeding with a booking, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Kielo Beauty reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where there are visible signs of infection, contagious conditions or circumstances that may affect the safety of the service.

Kielo Beauty cannot be held responsible for reactions, complications or circumstances arising from undisclosed conditions or from a failure to obtain appropriate medical advice before the appointment.

Age Requirement

Kielo Beauty provides services to clients aged 16 and over only. We do not offer services to children under the age of 16.
